Do you offer 'Free' Shipping?

Right now we have decided not to provide free shipping on a regular basis.  We have found that even tho folks like 'free' shipping it ends up being added to the price of the product and hence isn't really 'free' anymore.  We felt that in order to keep our prices as low as possible each customer would only be paying the actual cost of their own shipping.  That way those who purchase small amounts aren't then paying shipping costs for those who buy large amounts.

Quite often we will offer a discount on shipping with a coupon code, say $3 off, or we will offer a free product for a purchase over a specific amount.

What Payments Options do you offer?

We offer Credit/Debit Card (visa/mastercard/discover).

 

 When do you charge my credit card?

Your card is charged automatically when you place your order.  Adjustments to your charges will be made manually if there is an inventory/order adjustment or change in your shipping costs.

  

Is your site secure?

Yes we run a secure website.  All credit cards are processed through Paypal Pro and met all PCI compliance requirements.  We are have a secure SSL.

  

Do you have Order Minimums?

No, we do not. You can order as little or as much as you like.

 

 What if you are out of a product I ordered?

We will contact you either by phone or email to see if you want to substitute another product, cancel that product or keep that product on back order until it is again available. Please note, there will be separate shipping charges for separate shipments. Since our Soaps cure for a minimum of one month occasionally we will have a short gap between batches. In this case we will mention in the description of that product if the available “quantity is limited”.

  

When do you ship?

We endeavor to ship all orders received by 10:00 am that same day, Monday through Friday.  We don't ship on weekends or federal holidays.

 

Can I pick up my order at your location?

We are not able to allow for customer pickup at our farm at this time. There are a few reasons but the biggest is due to it being very difficult with our production schedules and show schedules.  If you prefer to buy in person you can find us at shows or farmers markets in Oregon/Washington (Go to our Events Schedule to see where we will be next).

 

 How long will it take to receive my order?

We are happy to ship with both US Postal Service and UPS. Priority Mail with USPS normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you. UPS transit time varies based on your zone. However, some zones take up to 9 days, so keep that in mind when placing your order. Add one day for our processing time unless noted otherwise.

 

 What if I want to return an item?

Because these are cosmetic products we do not accept returns other than damaged.

 What if my product is damaged?

We require notification within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged products via phone or email.  Damaged products may be returned unopened and unused with prior notification. Damaged products will be then be replaced with an Identical product, no refunds will be given.

 

 What if I need to cancel an order?

We try to ship all orders received by 10:00 am that same day so please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Our phone munber is 503-400-7986.

Do you take Phone Orders?

We would love to be able to offer this but at this time we don't have the man power to do phone ordering.  We do however offer Email Orders though our online discounts and sales prices do not apply (they are available for online orders only).

What we need in your email order:
 
Step 1.
 A. We need the Products, Sizes and Quantity
 B. Your Name, Phone Number and Shipping Address (include Zip Code)
 C. Your payment information via Credit/Debit with billing address if different. (include security code on the back of card) We delete your Credit/Debit info after processing.
 
Step 2.
We will reply with an email confirming your order and letting you know your order total (including shipping).
 
Step 3.
We will then process your order when we have received a conformation email back from you.
