Ordering Terms & Conditions

Your card is charged automatically when you place your order.  Adjustments to your charges will be made manually if there is an inventory/order adjustment or change in your shipping costs.  You recieve an email or phone call should any of these things need to be done.

 Should we be out of a product you ordered, we will contact you either by phone or email to see if you want to substitute another product, cancel that product or keep that product on back order until it is again available. Please note, there will be separate shipping charges for separate shipments if you do choose the back order option.

 Priority Mail with USPS normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you. UPS transit time varies based on your zone. However, some zones take up to 9 days, so keep that in mind when placing your order. Add one day for our processing time unless noted otherwise.

 Because these are cosmetic products we do not accept any exchanges.

 For any damaged products, we require notification within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged products via phone or email.  Damaged products may be returned unopened and unused with prior notification. Damaged products will be then be replaced; no refunds will be given.

 We try to ship all orders received by 10:00 am that same day so if you need to change something in your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
