We offer several payments options: Credit/Debit Card (visa/mastercard only), prepaid money order, or check.

When do you charge my credit card?

In order to be as accurate on all shipping costs we charge your card after the product has been packaged and weighed.

How do you process orders paid with a Money Order or check?

We will process your order after receipt of your money order. Checks must clear our bank before shipment. This may take up to 8 days if out of state.

Do you have Minimums?

No, we do not. You can order as little or as much as you like.

What if you are out of a product I ordered?

We will contact you either by phone or email to see if you want to substitute another product, cancel that product or keep that product on back order until it is again available. Please note, there will be separate shipping charges for separate shipments.

Since our Soaps cure for a minimum of one month occasionally we will have a short gap between batches. In this case we will mention in the description of that product if the available “quantity is limited”.

When do you ship?

We endeavor to ship all orders received by 1:00 pm that same day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are happy to ship with both US Postal Service and UPS. Priority Mail with USPS normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you. UPS transit time varies based on your zone. However, some zones take up to 9 days, so keep that in mind when placing your order. Add one day for our processing time unless noted otherwise.

What if I want to return an item?

We can only accept returns by approval on unused and unopened products. Please contact us to receive an authorization number before returning any item. We will not accept a return without authorization.

What if I need to cancel and order?

We try to ship all orders received by 1:00 pm that same day so please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
